- 100 g Spinach
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Almond flakes toasted
- Salt (to taste)
- In a blender, combine spinach, flour, egg, milk, and salt. Blend until you achieve a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in a ladleful of batter, swirling the pan to spread it thinly.
- Cook the crepe until the edges lift easily, then flip and cook the other side.
- Once cooked, transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
- Fill each crepe with additional cooked spinach or a filling of your choice, folding them neatly.
- Garnish with almond flakes and serve warm.
