Ingredients 

  • 100 g Spinach
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Almond flakes toasted
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine spinach, flour, egg, milk, and salt. Blend until you achieve a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in a ladleful of batter, swirling the pan to spread it thinly.
  • Cook the crepe until the edges lift easily, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Once cooked, transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
