  • 200 g Elderberries
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice


  • In a blender, combine elderberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place in the freezer until solid.
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy a refreshing treat on a hot day.
